Use one hand to place and hold the watch on your wrist, while you use the forefinger from the other hand (with finger in the tuck away hole) to gently pull the band towards the other half of the loop with the sizing holes. To remove, gently pull up the top part of the band where it is connected to the steel ball connector. So what's the trick with getting the sport band on and off my wrist easier?

Here is a video to help you. You are overthinking this is why you are struggling.I'm trying to wrap my head around what this looks like. I'm right handed so putting it in my left wrist. Your telling me to use my right hand to place and hold the watch on my left wrist while using the forefinger from my left hand to pull the band towards the other half of the loop. That's not physically possible. What am I not visualizing right here?

That’s the way I have done it from the start. Seems so natural to me.Here is a video to help you. You are overthinking this is why you are struggling.
Good grief.
Just balance the watch on your wrist; take you other hand and use its fingers to grab both ends of the sport band together on the underside of the watch hand. Not too hard
