    tl;dr: Freaking. Amazing. What was going to be a 'we don't have those parts, will take a week' turned into a 3 day turn around TO MY DOORSTEP.

    I'm pleased. Oh yes, I am pleased.

    Yes, it definitely helps me see what the fuss over Apple's customer service really is.
