You can knock down the price a little and still have the same quality.
Optibay: You can get knock off SATA Optibay's on eBay for about $20.
Video Adapters: You can get the Mini Displayport to DVI, VGA and HDMI adapters from Monoprice.com for about $10 a piece. FX4568 mentioned Amazon which looks even better.
There are also several items I did not see listed.
Data Backup: Given this is your work computer and I assume the data is important for how much you are spending you should consider a backup hard drive. Actually you should get two and rotate them out weekly or monthly so that one is always secured in a bolted down fire/water resistant safe.
Air and Auto adapters: You may need an
airline Magsafe adapter if you need this laptop for business travel. If you need this on the road often I would consider a
car adapter.
Security Lock: At $4000 I would also strongly consider a few
security locks, however many you need for the number of places you frequently leave it unattended.
Screen: I noticed that you chose the high res which is good. However since you are doing professional media work I would buy the
Anti-Glare Hi Res option.
Windows 7 Professional/Ultimate: Since this is a work computer Windows 7 Home Premium may not be sufficient for network access. If your work is using a server then the network is likely using a domain rather than a workgroup. You will need Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate to connect to a domain. They also work better with Macs as it has the Group Policy Editor (some tweaks are needed for reliable Mac file sharing). You can also connect to protected shared folders since you can log in under alternate credentials.
Edit: Given the base price is around $4000 don't nickle and dime the little stuff. If you can afford $4000 then 10% either way should not break the bank. Many of these things I mentioned will be a lifesaver in protecting your valuable data and equipment plus make it usable in a wider variety of environments.
