It is. He was willing to accept a return but again there were problems for me if i returned the item. I am living in Venice, Italy and i bought the QUAD from the UK. It would be a logistical PITA to return it. The reason that i didn't was because it was fantastically clean inside, and it worked better than i could've imagined (fast, low temps and low noise! ) It was simply a case of 'better the devil you know', if i got a different QUAD, would it work as well as this one? Would it get mangled in the post again? Would it be as cheap as this one?
So that's why i asked for £20
