My girlfriends iPhone 12 won't display the moon cycle on the lock screen deal-e-o

Hey All,

See the attached screenshot. Trying to set up the moon lock screen, and show the moon cycles. When I do it on my 13 Pro, I can see it show that moon slice, with a description of the moon cycle. On hers, it just shows dashes. Any ideas why? My Google searches have yielded nada. Thanks for any help!

Ok, for the benefit of anyone that finds this thread... her location services for the weather app weren't set to "Allow always"... Fixed this issue by changing that.

Go into the location settings for the weather app and set it to "While Using the App or Widgets".
