My home button isn't properly working

Sometimes I have to press it once, some 5, and it changes. I have to press it many times before it realizes I want to go to the home page, or somewhere. What do you think it is and what could I do?

Yeah, that's the problem. I live in Nicaragua, and there is no Apple Store 🙁

ouch... do a full back up and full restore... see if that helps.. if not call apple

it might be the button itself,, d home button on my ipod touch broke....
