My iBook Sound Balance

Every now and again, the sound balance on my iBook sound shifts completely to the left. I never touch the balance control. What is happening?

I used to think it only happened after using headphones, but it has started to happen without them. Help!

Yeah, it's just a glitch in OSX. Hopefully it'll be fixed one of these days, although I'm surprised it hasn't been done already. 🙂
