I dumped it. I am not even on cellular that much, so it was a waste of money for me. Not sure why everyone else is saying they will flee AT&T if they get rid of UDP based on this lawsuit. Why haven't you left already, it is already gone?!?

I never understood why they deliberately throttled at 5GB instead of just throttling when demand was high.

I'm pretty sure it's just an excuse., but then again what do I know.

I have kept it as after looking at what else they offer, it is a good choice for me and my VP.

We both depend on our phones to send images to our customers of our progress on a daily basis. Face time is common out in the field for us and I am shocked how well it works over cellular. I even went a little over 6GB, last month and was not throttled. Most the time I find I am at 4GB plus or minus.
