It sounds to me like you were the victim of a phishing attack.

If you cannot reset/unlock the account, you can try to contact Apple Support.

As for reinstalling macOS, you could try to create a USB installer if you have access to another Mac.

In future, I highly recommend ignoring (and marking as junk) any mail you receive advising you that your Apple ID was reset if you didn't do it yourself.

Backing up your data is also essential in this day and age.

i have contact apple suppport through phone, we talk for 42 minutes and no clue how to restore my imac

i dont have access to another mac

And if you get back into your AppleID, it's time to enable the two factor authentication... it will help prevent this situation in the future.

i dont have another apple product, only this mac
badly, after losing my apple id password, i forgot the answer to the security question

is there any way i can reset my apple id and delete that unknown rescue email?

You can delete the email anytime but if you can't remember the answer to your security question there may be nothing you can do short of creating a new Apple ID.

Is there an Apple Store nearby? I know there is at least one Apple Store in Indonesia (several in Jakarta). You could probably at least get help with the USB installation disc there.

Unfortunately, there are some effective techniques out there to derail (take over) your AppleID account, and that's likely what happened to you :(

You must call AppleCare support again. They are your only hope to get this cleared up.
Be prepared to prove your are the owner of your Mac. Part of that will be responding correctly to the security questions.
You will also likely have to convince Apple that the email that is now registered to your AppleID is unknown to you.
Support MAY be able to reset your AppleID, but you will also likely have to jump through a few hoops to get there.

Call

AppleCare

again.

You do need reinstall media (USB flash drive is the best)
You may find out that the hard drive has been securely encrypted. That will be a no-hope situation for you, other than replacing the hard drive. You will lose everything on the drive, if you need to do that.
If the hackers have added a firmware password to your iMac, then that makes things even worse.

Can you tell us which iMac you have?

Are you getting this asking for either a four or six digit PIN? If you are, whoever hijacked your AppleID has remote locked your iMac and nothing you can do will fix it. You are going to need to take it to an Apple Store with proof you own the iMac, and Apple can remove it for you.

yes I got this asking page, I try to enter several number and luckyly it works,

now I have reinstall my iMac using flash drive, but new problem is I can see my internal drive in finder
I try to run diskutil from terminal and its still read my internal Macintosh hd,
I try disk utility and run first aid to my internal drive, it say my drive are corrupted but doing nothing to fix

is there any way I can access my internal drive without pulling it off from Mac?

I use iMac 21.5 inch of 2015

Boot to your recovery partition:
Restart while holding Command-R
Run Disk Utility from the window. Choose your hard drive, then try to Repair (First Aid)
And, then try to Reinstall macOS (which will be one of the other choices in the first window after you Quit Disk Utility.
