My iMac Fan..

Weird.. i just heard the fan in my iMac for the first time and all i was doing was listening to music and serfing the web. It was loud indeed. 😕

Some websites (esp. Java and Flash) can cause the fans to kick on pretty high.

I never realized how loud my iMac G5 was until my brother brought over his iMac Intel over Christmas. His was near silent. But when my G5 starts to work the fans really kick in.

I booted my iMac in firewire target disk mode, fans went full blast, scared the **** outta me.

I didn't expect it! 😱
