My internet doesn't work

I can get online if I use a wireless network but I could do that on my ipod touch also. My new iPhone doesn't work online with the at&t signal, when I try I get this

Call 611, it sounds like a local bandwidth issue or an account issue.

I forgot to say it was working on the way home from AT&T but not anymore.

Would restoring my phone possible fix the problem?
