my ip3gs keeps restarting after a min or 2

Haiii all, so I have a fully working ip3gs and I stupidly erase all data and so it got activation lock. so I tried to bypass that with redsn0w. it originally has the 5.16.08 baseband but after redsn0w the baseband version couldnt be detected anymore and the phone restarts every 1 - 2 mins. I really dont know what I've done so if any1 have an idea on how to fix this that would be great. thanks alot!!
edit: so itunes give me -1 error when I try to flash ios 6.1.6 to it 2 hours ago so theres that 🙁

Got to be something other than activation lock. The 3GS cannot run iOS 7 and that's when activation lock was first introduced. Outside of that I can't really help. Messing around with the baseband was never anything I got in to with my own 3GS.

oh wait I'm dumb I was trying to hacktivate the phone, got confused with the iphone 4
