iPhone 12 My iPhone 12 screen works for itself

I have a problem. My screen works for itself. I have gone to an apple store to have it checked and they say that everything is perfect ... Anyone else with this problem?

you have to go to settings => general => accessibility => zoom and deactivate everything
me it was "follow the development" which was activity and which messed up
