My iPhone 4's internet isn't working...

So as of about 15 minutes ago my iPhone 4's internet stopped working. It displays full bars of 3G and sends/receives texts messages fine it's just that my Twitter for iPhone and Safari isn't working. I've tried resetting & respringing it but nothing works. How do I fix this?

Go to "Settings."
Then Reset > Reset Network Settings

...something like that.
