It's pretty sad that you did not see one of the top threads over here. It says that iPhones get really hot with iOS 7.🙄

So they should fix it. I use my phone all day and my right arm feels numb from holding it sometimes...its like radiation treatment or something.

Restore, clean install. Should fix the issue
