Try a hard reset (hold down home and power button for 10 seconds). This also happens to my 5s from time to time. I don't know what causes it; I suspect it's due to some rogue process and I cross my fingers that a reset will kill whatever that rogue process was.

go into settings and see what is consuming so much power.

When did this start happening. Did you do something just before that may be causing it?

Is it happening all the time?

Another possibility is poor network coverage.

Otherwise, short of a system restore, can't think of any other possible solutions.

I just update it via OTA. That's all. After that it happens my battery drain so fast after the update. Thinking of reset it as new phone. What do you think?

Go into Settings > General > Usage > Battery usage and look at what is using the most battery.

It can not hurt but I would still go into setting like the post said above and it will tell you what is using all the power.

My 5c used to get hot when playing ram heavy games like Star Wars commander ect... Also when browsing for long periods of time on safari with white background.

That's normal if you play games. But in my case,it's hot even I didn't use it. Weird.
