So whenever my phone is connected to LTE it says no internet connection in every app. Help? (iPhone 5s on T-Mobile)
Maybe no LTE available. Does it work with LTE off? Maybe a restore will work.
Maybe a silly question, but have you enabled cellular data for all applications?
It shouldn't say LTE if it isn't available, right?

What happens if you turn off LTE? Has the phone sustained any damage recently? Are you in the same area you normally are in? Is voice working for you? How about WiFi?
