They are remanufactured, not refurbished. Meaning everything is new except the logic board. The Screen, casing, and battery are all new. But that's moot because for the first 2-3 months all replacements at the Genius Bar are brand new. Make an appointment or call Apple. Incorrect. It is after 14 days. Therefore it falls under AppleCare warranty whether you have AppleCare+ or not. Only place to go is Apple.If you bought your new iPhone at ATT, then Apple will probably tell you that you go back to ATT to get your iPhone replaced.
