This is infuriating. My dad said that he called me three times, and each time he said it rang three times and then gave him my voicemail. I ran some tests with his phone and mine, and it turns out that if the phone is in the middle of loading a web page, the call doesn't make it through, and doesn't even show up as a missed call. Is it just my phone? I'm using 1.1.3.

    Thanks.

I think it's more to do with the limitation of EDGE but this should be resolved once the 3G iPhone is out. However, no one knows when it will be released. So unfortunately, you are stuck with this for a while.

no, if your using edge it will take up the "line"... only "enhanced" edge does not interfere...

That's perfectly normal. I don't believe any phone is capable of receiving data via EDGE and receiving a call simultaneously.

The only problem I have had with loading web-pages is that my iPod will stop playing

    Has happend numerous times

I will be playing a few songs while loading ESPN or CNN and the music will just stop as the web-page loads

This happens on every iPhone. If you are browsing the web on EDGE, and the page is actively downloading, a phone call will not come through. If your on WiFi all calls should come through no matter what you are doing.

That used to happen to me sometimes, but not since 1.1.3.

I do expect it to happen again at some point though.
