The shell of the iPhone ( silver part) is becoming more and more movable as I use it, is this a warenty issue, also I have "yellowing" on my screen where there are solid white pages.

I agree. How long have you had it? Either way, it shouldn't be doing that. Sounds like a defective part or two.
