My iPhone is my only backup :(

Hi, recently my Mac Pro's hard drive failed on me and gone were the thousands of hours of music, movies, games, photos, etc. The only place that still has a core amount of this data is my phone. Is there a way to push this data off my phone and onto my new HD?

If it's jailbroken u can use ssh to copy the files and get them onto you hardrive
but i dont know how to do that without a jailbreak
