Does 611 work? If not, it's 2009, you have to know someone who can let you borrow a phone.
Have you tried restarting the phone?
Funny how many times people call into my work with cell phone problems, and I have them yank about the battery, and turn the phone back on and it is magically fixed.
Easy fixes FTW!
