My iphone is stuck on apple icon and spiral

i was restoring my iphone, and then it said activating and i unconnected it to put it in the dock and now its stuck on the apple logo and the little spiral loader. Please help i dont know what to do. im sitting here freaking out. i cant get to recovery mode, or i dont know how. Any help please!!
i was jailbroken too

Hold Home and Power until you get something off of iTunes. Should work.
