I had the screen/speaker replaced but my phone still echoes when I am talking to someone. It is soo frustrating. I can hear my voice on half the calls unless its on speaker phone.

I know a good amount of people have this issue. Whats the next step to fix this damn issue?

Do you cover any of the mics up when you're on the phone? Do you use a case that does this?

P.S. I know what you're talking about. It sucks.

the mic is on the front right? If so, no. Apple saw it with the case on. Replaced the screen/mic. Same issue persists.

My phone does this also. I’ve given up on the speaker phone. Hope a see update fixes this.

My speaker phone works fine. Its regular calls that has the echo issue.

I get this on occasion but I dont think its a hardware issue because its very random and not often. I chalk it up to my carrier.

My mistake. My phone is fine during normal use. Only when it’s on speaker.

There is a mic on the back near the lenses also that helps with noise cancellation. If that's covered you may get the prob you describe.
You can try turning noise cancelling off in Accessibility>Audio/Visual.

I just checked, its not covered its open. I don't see how this can be a carrier issue...it never was before and others around me aren't having this issue either.

Really?!
