My iPhone was acting really weird yesterday. I'd just looked at some emails and tried to turn off the phone. The 'slide to power off' bar kept appearing after just a quick tap of the on/off button and when I pressed Cancel each time it would just take a screen shot. The on/off button wasn't stuck or anything. Even if I held it down it wouldn't turn off. After a while I managed to pick up a voicemail but the voice was really quiet. I turned up the volume and the phone then proceeded to turn it all the way down again. Several times. I just left it on the table and it sat there turning itself on and off. Did a full restore and the problem was just the same so eventually I made an appointment at the Apple Store for today. Needless to say, by the time I went to bed there was no sign of a problem and the phone was working perfectly! Took it in today anyway and it's still working fine but they've made a note of it alongside the serial number just in case it starts again. Hadn't had a single problem until then, but that was just crazy!
