I was one of the first buyers of the iPhone 3G in mid 2008 but I never get rid of it anymore, the problem on myself is that when I see the product itself, I really want it. That was the fact at the iPhone 4 which has been announced to the crowd at WWDC mid 2010. During the show I knew I want to have the white iPhone 4. But nope they didn't offer it on date of release. They have offered it early 2011 and then I said to me "I gonna wait until the next iPhone gets comes out"... I wanted a complete new look of it but they only came up with the 4S. I was going crazy cause I know the days of my current 3G don't become better in any case & when I currently see the rumors and pictures of this Next Generation iPhone then I think oh no iPhone 4 like design again (okay it looks really different in some cases but not at all (my opinion)). But I definitely need a new phone and cause of I have something like an apple eco system build in my apartment here in NewYork where Macs & iPad work together with iCloud, AirPlay & AirPrint I would prefer to buy an iPhone which does the same work with those Apple services. Currently my iPhone is the only device in here which haven't got updated for like almost 4 years, I need the iOS 5 iMessage so much & I only have my iPad & Mac which is compatible with it. The bad thing on that is that I can't carry & use these devices everywhere cause of their size on pocket. My iPhone only has >60 min battery life & I deleted everything on it except 12 applications & 5 songs. I don't see the fact for carry it with me anymore & it loses battery all the time, even in standby

------Now The Questions------
A special Q to the still iPhone 3G user: Why are you still able to use your iPhone and never became convinced by new iPhones or else smartphones?

And to the other Crowd: How would you have handled my doing, would you bought the black model instead of the white iPhone 4 or would have wait for the current 4S? Or even waiting 4 the upcoming next generation iPhone

Thats the fact of the iPhone 4 which got shown to the public at WWDC mid 2010, anyway, when I was watching it via Live blog I knew "I want to have this white version of it" but of course nope they didn't offer it on date of release, they did later in 2010 (or early 2011? idk) and then I said to myself that I gonna wait until the "iPhone 5" gets announced, nope of course its iPhone 4 in 2nd Generation (iPhone 4S) & when I currently see the rumors and pictures of this Next Generation iPhone then I think oh no iPhone 4 like design again (okay it looks really different in some cases but not at all (my opinion)) but I definitely need a new phone and cause of I have sth like an apple eco system build in my apartment here in NewYork but my iPhone is the only device which doesn't get updated for like almost 4 years, but I need iMessage very much & I always have to carry my "huge" iPad 3 with me when I have meetings with friends & I may wanna write my iMessage contacts, today we were in cafe and she only had a iPhone with her & me my huge iPad, thats so annoying cause I never want to put it out cause then it looks like I am busy with my iPad and don't have time to listen to her, but anyway do you think I am the only one which life like this, my iPhone only has like >60 min battery life & I deleted everything on it expect than 12 apps and 5 songs so I always let it home cause even in Standby the battery dies so quick.
A special question to the iPhone 3G user (if I am not the only one haha), why do you still own your iPhone and why you never upgraded to a new iPhone, do you maybe have the same reason like me?

You could use like 20 of these "."

I struggled to understand :(

Yeah I am currently at Starbucks and only wanted to tell someone my pain with my 3G haha I may gonna edit it more understandable when I get home. maybe o_O
Edit: okay I started 2 overflow again, yeah maybe some sentences are a bit weird lol

For me, I love all my tech things to be black. Goes with the tone of my room, black. o.o

But, I am already due for an upgrade for my iPhone 4. And the tech blogs like iMore, MacRumors and etc are saying that the next gen iPhone will come out next month, so I would suggest waiting till then and see what happens.

You have a black room o_O wow, I would be happy when I could act like you with regular upgrades of the phone but I always do a big thing of it, for instance: which color (I know there are only two) how much storage and that took always really long at me, but I think 2012 is my year :D everything got/gets updated

serious question, is English your first language?...That is why it is hard to understand =/

I thought that was a typo the first time... What is that?

What the hell is wrong with kids these days? I don't care where you are; if it's worth typing, it worth typing well. Capitalization and periods add pauses and intonation to what you're saying, like in speech. Don't make us guess what you mean.

By the way, I typed this on my phone. It wasn't hard to do.

*shakes hand* Someone give this guy a medal!
