Sort of a funny story here. I actually run a UPS store and had my phone sent to it as an "access point" since I won't be home (I'll be at work) when it was delivered and AT&T won't deliver to an alt address other than a UPS access point or CC. Been tracking it all day yesterday and today and everything was fine and suddenly 1/2 hr ago tracking says:

Edison, NJ, United States 09/25/2015 11:00 A.M. Service disruption occurred. / The package will be returned to the sender.

I could live with waiting until Monday, no big deal, but "returned to sender!" ? Phone is fully paid for and already on my card. I called our UPS contact to see what's up and they said "there have been a lot of glitches with the iPhone delivery today."

Anyone else having a problem with rerouted devices?

Seems like you should have some pull here.

I'm working on it but so far it's getting me nowhere. They even have a special iPhone delivery dept at UPS. LOL. No one knows what "the service disruption" is.

hmm my phone is coming out of Secaucus too.. its been OFD since 5AM today.. im getting a little bit worried..

If it is OFD you have no problem.

Weird part is it normally goes from NEWARK->EDISON. No clue why it went up to Secaucus. Never have seen that before. Arghhhh. I don't mind waiting a day or 2 more but to have to reorder again would be a (*)#*^*&#$^#^

Well UPS can't find my phone for pickup despite it being scanned in at 2:10AM this morning, so I can't say I'm shocked to see "issues". 😛

I'm hoping they find it by EOB today or worse case tomorrow.
