How’s it going, everyone? I had the same connect/disconnect battery case problem that’s mentioned in another thread. Apple sent me a replacement case but I’m using the same one I got when it launched. Anyway, the fix is to take the case off and push firmly (don’t kill it) DOWN on the white connector on the bottom of the case! Over time, I believe it gets slightly bent upwards because of heat and perhaps the bottom lip getting caught when pulling phone out of front pocket of jeans. I have to repeat this maybe every 2-3 months now. Love this case since it works for me now!
