My jailbreak seems useless

So now my jailbreak on my iPhone 4S seems useless...

I JB to Update apps via 3G or 4G now:roll eyes:
3Gunristrictor
Tetherme....

I can't do any of these with the new limits AT&T has set. I guess I'm getting a VZW LTE iPad.... At least I can tether if I need it...
