It's not by date, open Cydia/Manage/Packages
Remove whatever you last installed as it is not compatible.

I find that when I've installed a tweak or made a change via winterboard and then re spring using Sb Settings I sometimes go into safe mode !
I now re spring from winterboard when ever I can !
