My Leather Case Recommendation

For anyone wanting a high quality case, got this for myself!
 
Still the same leather as last year or not?
Im not sure if in the past the "full grain leather" was mentioned on the package.

Can you also post a pic with the cut-out for CC?

Yes it’s the same. Feels the same to me.

I will post a pic in a few hours but it’s literally like a cutout on the side.

Yeah it’s very nice looking and the logo hides well in everyday use.

I’ve had the case for a year on my 15 Pro Max.
 
I have this same case for the 15 Pro. I’ve owned several leather cases over the past several years, in search of a suitable replacement to the Apple leather case. This is the closest I’ve gotten and I’d order it for the 16 Pro EXCEPT THAT the magnets are roughly 50% as strong as the Apple leather’s. This is problematic if you use a MagSafe car mount. I won’t be ordering another until/unless they address this issue.

Why wouldn’t they? Virtually everything you buy that’s branded will have the manufacturers logo or name on it?

Why would you happily have Apple’s large logo on the back of a case but not, say, Caudabe’s minimalistic tiny logo?

Just don’t want a case that has its label on it. Plain and simple. There are cases with no logos. Think Nomad is one and there are others too. I loved Apple’s leather cases and the last year just went caseless. I will probably do the same this year too. Makes the iPhone Pro Max feel much smaller without a case and lighter too.

My wife still will go with a leather portfolio case.

I’ve not really had issues myself,

I use MagSafe stand in the car and at night I exclusively charge via a MagSafe stand.

I also have another MagSafe stand and on all 3, it’s super secure!

You do barely notice it - especially on the black and with it being on the bottom without any highlighted text.

It’s only when you would have it in direct light that you can see the logo.

Happy you haven’t had trouble. Just sharing my experience with others here who, if they look at the Amazon reviews, will see that many others report the same: the magnets suck.
