my mac changed it name by it self?

hi every one
i was looking at a movie than suddenly for the very first time (after 3 years using mac) my laptop hanged and window opened that i should press the power and bibing sound
I restart it and then i realized that my system changed it name ?
my previous mac name was soltans mac and now it changed to soltans mac (2) why ?

That happens occasionally. I'm assuming that because since you (had to) shut the computer down improperly, the name was taken on your network when you started up again. You can change the name under

 -> System Preferences -> Sharing
