My mac keeps connecting to the server of my mailaccounts. As a result the server keeps blocking my IP from accessing the mailboxes. It seems to be some script or malware. Suggestions are appreciated.

More likely it is attempting to log in to your email service using expired credentials. Are you using Apple Mail application? Specific error messages would be extremely helpful...

If you double checked the credentials then without some specific error message or error code, it’s unlikely anyone can help.
