my macbook has no sound after waking up?

Had sound on before class, then come home and sound doesn't want to work, not sure what to do.

Have you checked System Preferences > Sound >> Output yet?
And is there a red light inside the audio out port?

I checked no red light in the headphone jack, and system pref says sound is internal speakers. I may restart and see what happens.

I also see that my youtube videos are going like 2 frames a second for some reason.

Nevermind, restarted it and sound is back.
