P pauld macrumors regular Jul 26, 2009 #27 I've had my MBP {UK} just over a week now and I'm also presuming that it's an earthing issue. If you pass one hand over it, it 'vibrates'. If you continue to do so, but then touch it with your other hand it stops. With my very basic understanding of electronics, it seems that touching it with two hands "creates a circuit"[?]. Could that be correct?
