My MacBook Pro is giving shock when using two pin socket and works fine with three pin socket. Anyone experiencing the same.
 
That's normal. The 3 pronged plug is grounded, the 2 pronged one isn't. The body acts as ground when that happens. Sometime, on some outlets, you'll feel tingling.
