So I order my nice new white MacBook a couple of weeks ago, upgraded to 1GB Ram and 80gb HDD. I was excited when I opened it when it arrived 2 days ago. Then i noticed 2 dead pixels right near the centre of the screen... Angry isn't the word I am, but similar, can't think of a word! Apple are meant to have such high quality and I can't beleive they let dead pixels slip through the net. Now I am fully aware that dead pixels are something which just happens from time to time, but I've heard too much of it from the new MacBooks. Something is up there. I've now got to wait another 2 weeks for my MacBook to arrive. It's ridiculous that I have to wait that long when there's probably a perfectly good one sitting in the store not far from me in Birmingham, but I can't have that one because I have to have it shipped from Shanghai, what's that all about! I've made my feelings clear to Apple and I really hope they take on board everyone's moanings about the delivery times, because they really arn't living up to the expectations we have of them!
