Just yesterday, my macbook just won't recharge. It was at 62% when I left it plugged in, and I came back 2 hours later and it was still stuck at 62%. Do I need a new battery?

EDIT: Also, if I set my icon to show the remaining time, it stays at "calculating until full".

Yes, try another app like cocunut battery^^

Also does the magsafe light glow orange (Im guessing it does)

Good luck
🙂

Same problem

I have the same problem, but the light on my charger doesn't light up, does that mean it's the charger? My battery is empty, but i can turn on my computer when it's plugged in. If i then take the charger off my computer shuts off.

Stuck in 22%!! Light doesn't turn orange!!

That happened to me too! But the charger's light is green!! not in orange!!
What is the problem?? How can I fix it???
😕 😉
