I've never had an issue with my mac... until 10.4.10
Just the popping speaker issue though, it's a really sweet machine!

My 17" PowerBook and Rev A (gasp) 17" Core Duo iMac are perfect as well.
Actually, a huge major catastrophe occurred with my PowerBook...

One of the little rubber feet fell off. Replaced in 5 minutes at the local Apple repair shop. It's key to have a good relationship with your local repair depot.

In my opinion, mine works better than it's supposed to. I pushed it to the limit on many occasions, and the worst I've got is a broken shift key (which was fixed).
