My nationality is Myanmar and have been living in Myanmar till now. Thus, my mastercard is originally a Myanmar mastercard. Whenever, I used it on App store or Itunes store, it didn't seem to recognize my card. I have also try "Change Country" but I didn't find my country. I had to buy itunes gift card from other website with 3$ plus whenever I want to buy items on ibooks or app store. My card is okay to use in any other website. Is there any other way my card can be used on any Apple related stores?

My partner is from England, and has a similar problem. Although he is in the US, and can pay for iTunes cards with a US issued credit card, his family can not redeem those cards into their iTunes accounts in the UK. It seems that Apple restricts allowing the use of non-local funds in iTunes/AppStore.
