My MBP has shipped but I can't track it (UK)

My MBP shipped this morning according to the status, but I can't actually track the package. Is this normal? How long does it take before I can track it?

I'm not sure if you'll actually be able to track it since it's an iternational shipping. Apple sent it FedEx most likely and their tracking sucks. So if you can track it, it might not work until it's at your door.

How rubbish! Everything I've bought from Apple in the past has been via TNT - I guess they must have changed...

I would check it late tonight or early in the morning. If you can track it, it may be update then. I hope you don't have a long wait like I did.
