My MBP lost voice!

Hello, my MBP 2010 17" suddenly lost voice. Even I pressed F11, I got a no sound icon. I have been using Apple laptops since the Powerbook. Never experienced this before. Anybody knows how to fix this?

I think this happened after I installed the trial version of Movavi Screen Capture Studio 3. I launched the Movavi Sound Grabber Uninstaller. Then, from Sound in the System Preference of my Mac, I changed from Soundflower 16ch to internal speaker. Although I got back the speaker icon with changing volume, there is still no sound coming out from my Mac.

Try the Reset Pramm and see if it fixes it.

Note: The following procedure must be performed on an OS X user account that has administrative privileges.

1. Open Terminal.
2. Enter the following:
   
   kextstat -l | grep -v com.apple
3. Include the contents of the Terminal window in a reply to this post.
