My Mock up of a MacBook Nano

What did you mod? The only thing different between the MBP and the MBN is that you put Nano instead of Pro on the screen
The space/speakers are gone beside the keyboard, so it looks like the 12" PowerBook but thinner (I supposed that's the idea anyway
).
Actually, that's one of the best designed mockup's I've ever seen. This one actually looks like Apple would make it.
I like the attention to detail of the rounded bottom edges of the base. It echos the iPhone. Nice work. I would definitely buy it if the screen was of a good resolution (I'm tired of 1024x768).
Here's one I made earlier - magnetic latch, no optical drive, 13.3" matte, 128MB graphics, 0.89 inches thin, 4lbs...
Seems too big for a MacBook 'Nano'. Personally, I think the Nano should be about 10 to 12 inches. The Mockups are no smaller than the MacBook's which kind of defeats the point.
Hi, I used CS3 Trial, i played with photoshop for a couple of weeks while it was in Beta, but this is the first thing i have tried on the final version!
there was talk of an optical drive being underneath, so i took that as a reason to ditch it!
Modded:
IR sensor (now in isight)
No catch (magnetic we can assume)
Optical drive under the MacBook (like patents suggest)
Much Much thinner
Got rid of the side space where the speakers are (now like macbook ones)
made screen smaller
reduced spacing arround the screen
removed catches at the top, and resting points on the side
reduced the size, and moved iSight
replaced MacBook Pro with Nano.
and tryed to add a pretty reflection

all i want is a smaller, lighter macbook pro with a matte screen and dedicated graphics, I don't care for whether or not it can fit in my shirt pocket, there's the iPhone for that

I've been holding out for this hypothetical machine for 2 years If nothing shows in January I guess I'll just have to get a 15er...
