Hey there!

My mom is upgrading from her iPad Air 2 to a new iPad Pro. She had the old iPad backup to iCloud, and then the new one restored from it. However, upon restore, it keeps popping up and asking her for MY iTunes account username and password. The popup is specifically "Sign In to iTunes Store." I'm guessing that maybe some time back I sent her an audio file, and it's possible that audio file is still DRM'd from back in the day when they had it... Not sure. Either way, I don't care about the song, if that's the issue. I just want the popup to stop popping up... Thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks!

[doublepost=1497418096][/doublepost]I hit reset all settings (not erase, reset). The pop up hasn't come back and I only had to re input some passwords.

It is a bit of a pain but not too bad.
