My mouse arrow all of a sudden just stop working

Hi,
All of sudden my mouse arrow just sops working, i can move it but won't click on any thing. i have to shut down by using power key and the if restarts and all ok for a bit

my mack book pro early 2015 and i am running sierra 10.12.1 Any help wood be much appreciated
