My mouse is triggering the button 4 when i just touch it

Its problem is driving me crayse.
My mouse is triggering the button 4 when i just touch it. The clicks just stops when i let it go.
Please some body knows what is happening?

If it's the mighty mouse, it's going to happen. At least it was always like that on mine.
