'My Music' is not syncing across any of my devices.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If I add a song on my phone to 'my music' it doesn't show up on my iPad or mac or vise-versa (iOS 8.4 and iTunes 12.2).
Yes iCloud Music Library is selected in all settings menus.
