Leave the kid alone...so what if he's not bothered about someones property, just things that can be replaced. Saying that heres hoping nobody died in the fire. Better to be honest about your feelings than gush 'sending my love to them', 'I'll pray for them', etc, etc. Okay yeah, whatever. Honesty is the best policy imo.

People, stop getting on his case. I can understand his attitude. He's right that there's nothing that he can personally do, except maybe travel back in time and stop the fire from burning down his neighbor's house.

If anything, Guitars' going through a phase in his life called melancholy. It's pretty eff'n normal. Cut him some slack.

He felt the need to start this inane thread; others have a right to express their opinions.
