iMac arrived today, this thing is awesome!

Tested out Starcraft 2 in Bootcamp, Averaged 50-60FPS in Ultra Texture graphical settings high 2560x1440, pretty impressive!

Also, this i5 is fast.. whole thing is great. Got refurb for 1699, awesome deal. Love the mac so far..

    anyways,

any suggestions for widgets? I've owned a MBA for like a month and a half and I just now figured out I could download widgets, they are great! I have iStat Pro and Mighty Monitor so far

    Awesome!! Congrats--

I just got mine in a few weeks back and am absolutely loving it!!

I am so surprised I was able to deal with a PC for all these years! LOL

I can't wait to keep learning and living a Mac life! :D

    Grats!

I'm waiting for the later iMac upgrade though, but I agree, that machine is epic!
Yet I wonder, why would you play SC2 using bootcamp if SC2 is available for Mac OS? :D

Blizzard games tend to have way better FPS in windows. :)

Love to read these kinds of posts when I'm expecting my iMac in 3 days :D. Enjoy your new mac!

Reading all these posts makes me want to sell my 24" iMac and go get a 27" but I just can't justify it. Oh well, waiting another couple years won't hurt.
    Congrats on your iMac!

Started with an iPhone 3G, (had iPods of course long before), moved to an iPad, ordered a Macbook Air (stellar laptop by the way! got it to compliment a windows Desktop box I had), and finally, after months of issues with the windows box, I broke it down, selling it part by part on ebay and bought myself this iMac. Such an awesome machine, I used to be an apple hater, complaining about the high prices..

it all makes sense now, the OS alone with the trackpad gestures is just incredible (yes, I also got a Magic Trackpad.. can't recommend that enough).

Anyways, yeah, I absolutely adore the machine, it's incredibly swift, and handles all my needs easily.

Congratulations. Quadcore i5? If so, why the i5 over the i3?
