In the past a big screen was something clunky and heavy. Even if it was thin it would for sure be too heavy to hold while using. But my new iPad pro 12.9 inch is so big and light that I can literally use it in bed. The ability to lie in bed and have such a huge screen with full HD on my face and watching movies or browsing the web or gaming is just something unimaginable. I know a lot of people get the iPad pro for pro level purposes....but I just use it for casual usage but on a big screen and light weight which I can hold while lying down.

It is seriously my favourite device ever.

You do know its the same weight as the iPad 4 :) lol

But yes. I noticed after playing with my IPP and then I went to pick up my old iPad. It felt so heavy lol. The thinness I think makes it more manageable.

I concur. It is remarkable.

There is something very different about using a device with such a beautiful large screen, easy to hold, smooth immediate touch interaction, access to endless content while right in your hands.

It is somehow an interactive experience that goes to a new level of enjoyment, even when used as only a content/ information consumption device.
